OTO Capital - Assistant Manager - Resale Division (2-5 yrs)
The champ is responsible for creating vendor and customer base for the resale of the vehicles and will own end to
end process for OTO's resale vertical.
Responsibilities :
- On board and Manage Resale partners for the resale of OTO's vehicles.
- Identify the channels of resale and ensure channel mix for sale
- Establish the process for resale and inventory management
- Tracking, pricing and maintaining the records of incoming and outgoing vehicles
- End to end documentation of vehicle in custody and arrangement if not available
- Build the network of RTO agents across the working cities and establish day to day coordination with them
- P&L management and accounting for sales
Experience and Skills :
- Must have overall experience of 3+ years
- Experience in pre-owned Two-wheeler segment, mainly in sales
- Must have knowledge of RTO related documents and processes for pre-owned vehicles
- Strong communication, network building, problem solving skills required
- Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, word and Google Spread sheets
- Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
- Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
- Go getter attitude, should be ready for field visits across the cities
