Job Description :

- Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. As an employee of an Oswaal Books the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing telemarketing strategies, driving sales, and maintaining exceptional customer relations through effective communication and persuasion over the phone.

Jobs Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

2. Outbound Calls :

- Initiate outbound calls to prospects with the aim of introducing Oswaal Books' products and services.

- Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition of our educational materials.

3. Sales Conversion :

- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling.

- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

4. Relationship Building :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.

5. Product Knowledge :

- Develop a deep understanding of Oswaal Books' product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

6. Sales Reporting :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills :

1. Proven experience in tele marketing and sales conversion, preferably in the education sector.

2. Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

4. Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.

5. Knowledge of educational products and the publishing industry is a plus.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
