OSV - Executive - Customer Relation (2-5 yrs)
Skills Required :
- Proven experience in customer relationships, client handling, problem solving and coordination, preferably in the logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in import-export documentation, and awareness of Incoterms, and international logistics procedures and industry regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Google drive and Google- sheets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong followup skills
- Self motivated, agile and proactive and results oriented
KRAs :
- Virtually ensuring smooth inbounds and outbounds with coordination with internal teams
- Resolve customer complaints and grievances immediately
- Communication with domestic & international clients to receive and process orders
- Oversee the accounts of assigned clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and renew contracts with clients.
- Cross-selling and upselling of other products and services
- Maintaining financial health and receivables of customer accounts and ensuring timely payments
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, warehousing, customs clearance, and finance to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
