We have urgent requirement for Client Service Manager & Executive 


Role for Bangalore location who has good Experience (2-5 years) in handling International Clients, support and sales strategies, identify efficiency issues, Understand the clients & their requirements

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- You will be responsible for managing all manner of client queries and issues.

- Client service executives must respond promptly to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, and they also conduct presentations for management as requested.

- Executives help develop support and sales strategies, identify efficiency issues, and make sure case management workflows are resolved promptly.

- They also review contracts to ensure they meet client expectations and help ensure client issues are resolved promptly.

- Client service executives must prioritize client cases and escalate issues as needed to other departments, as well as work with support teams to increase customer satisfaction and brand recognition

- Regular client communication through telephone and emails

- Understand the clients, their requirements and develop a close business relationship

Act as SPOC for clients

- Organizing, scheduling and liaising with our QA teams to deliver the top notch service to clients 


- Timely responses and resolutions of client queries and requests to agreed SLAs

- Generating revenue and working to KPIs

- To work closely within the team and outside the team to complete the client tasks, quires

- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
