OSoft Labs - Executive - Customer Support (3-5 yrs)
Candidate should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls to maintain customer relationship. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Need to do customer follow-ups, feedback, promoting new products/services etc.
