Osmosys Software Solutions - Manager - Business Development (3-6 yrs)

Osmosys is looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us to expand our business.

Objective of the role:

1) As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction.

2) Demonstrated ability to take initiative and managing & retaining relationships with existing clients.

3) Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

4) Ability to share knowledge and train lower level staff.

5) Ability to delegate work to inside sales executives for lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

2) Promote the company's product and services.

3) Attract freelance sales partners and enable them to sell our products and services

4) Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.

5) Developing business proposals and quotes for clients.

6) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

7) Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.

8) Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Ideal Candidate :

1) 5+ years of Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.

2) BBM/MBA or any other relevant degree from a reputed college

3) Following industry trends locally and internationally.

4) Strong communication and negotiation skills.

5) Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.

6) Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

7) The ability to motivate team and take accountability for self and team.

8) Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.

9) Proficiency in MS office tools

10) Experience with any Sales software like MS CRM, Salesforce is a huge plus.

11) Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

12) Time management and planning skills.

13) Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

14) Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers in a clear and concise manner.
