Position Overview :

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.

- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports.

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.

- Strong understanding of the US market and customers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
