Orra Fine Jewellery - Manager - Sales - Showroom Segment (7-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to develop business of the retail store by managing the Sales, Operations & Customer Relationship.
- Sales of jewellery and operations of the store; and ensure business profitability by following and adhering to the SOPs.
- Efficiently manage showroom operations.
- Delivering best customer service standards.
- Set & Achieve the sales objective.
- Develop, Communicate & Monitor sales plan to achieve the targets.
- Ensure manpower availability at all times.
- Ensure merchandise is stacked properly for customers at all times.
- Communicate, maintain, replenish the Visual Merchandise plan.
- Inventory Management.
- Ensure prompt customer service.
- Team Management.
- Identify training and development needs for the team.
We are looking for someone who has :
- Pleasing personality with good command over English, Hindi & local language
- Good convincing skills
- With prior sales/showroom managing experience
- Prior experience in Gems & Jewellery will be an added advantage
