ORRA - Area Business Manager (6-15 yrs)
- Would be responsible for meeting sales targets for his region.
- Would be responsible for handling BTL activity for the region.
- Must possess the ability to drive a team of Showroom Managers to deliver Sales targets and effect sales promotions and tie-ups.
- Must have insights regarding Retail Jewellery Market.
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to regional head.
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Initiating exhibitions and events in the assigned area
- Having good analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Jewellery industry and product.
