Description

OrionRECapital is a fully integrated commercial Real Estate start-up investment firm based out of Dallas, TX. We are actively seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team. Orion Realty strives to provide five-star client service to our investor partners.

The responsibilities of a Business Development Executive are:

Lead Generation - Our investor relations team uses all effective means of locating and building relationships with potential investors, including networking events, real estate investing meetups, networking groups, and social media engagement.

- Lead Conversion - Investor Relations Specialists are responsible for nurturing relationships with investor prospects, leads, and past investors; presenting current offerings; and answering questions related to potential offerings.

- Closing Coordination - Investor Relations Specialists must adhere to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines in the presentation of offers, the subscription of investors, and the collection of funds toward potential investments. Specialists ensure funds needed and committed by investors are transferred to correlative impound accounts.

- Relationship Management - Investor Relations Specialists will remain in relationship with their active investors, and bring them monthly updates, quarterly reports, and other relevant information regarding specific investments from Property Acquisition Specialists.

Ideal Business Development Executives will possess the following:

- Enjoys working with numbers

- Able to adapt quickly to new technology including Microsoft 365 applications, and CRM tools.

- Marketing and communications experience a plus

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Communications, Economics, Marketing, or a related field required

- 3 YEARS IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY IS A MUST.


Orion will provide hands-on mentorship and training to our Acquisitions Team to teach industry standards and specific knowledge, the use of our specialized tools, and will provide backend support to ensure Specialists have a low overhead business and the tools to be successful.
