Oriental Structural Engineers - Manager - Sales (5-8 yrs)
1. Build relationship with IPCs & local brokers in warehouse & Industrial leasing market
2. Build strong pipeline for conversions in each quarter
3. Show Warehouse units to prospective tenants and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants
4. Maintain a strong closing ratio
5. Encourage prospective tenants to lease from us by positioning our facility and its units in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service
6. Set and achieve sales goals each quarter, motivating the leasing agents to follow your lead
7. Ensure that all amenities in warehousing park are in perfect condition
8. Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to inquiries
Qualifications & Criteria
1. 5+ years of Work Experience in Industrial & warehouse Leasing
2. Ex-IPC/Developer side preferred
3. Good Negotiator
4. Good Communication Skills
5. Well versed with warehouse & Industrial Leasing, RFPs, Sales Presentations
6. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales or Advertising
7. Strong understanding of warehouse & Industrial Leasing concepts and issues
