Orgzit is a CRM software that helps customers organize their customers and sales related information.

Orgzit was founded by Pavan Verma and Nitin Verma, industry visionaries with over 30+ years of industry experience and alumni of IIT, IIM, DTU, INSEAD, the University of Michigan, and Virginia Tech. They started with a software services firm but felt there had to be an easier way to create custom business applications. So, they came up with a bold idea: a no-code software that could be used to create customized CRM applications quickly. They have poured their energies into perfecting the no-code CRM software, that is changing how sales teams organize information and automate processes.

Who are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Growth Evangelist for Orgzit. As a Growth Evangelist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. You will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, using your skills to reach, engage, and convert prospects into loyal customers. If you're a persuasive communicator, creative marketer, and have a knack for crafting compelling sales presentations, this role is tailor-made for you.

Work Location: Work from office

Office location: Sector 44, Gurgaon (near HUDA City Centre metro station)

Work Days and Timings: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Regular India timings 10am to 7pm.

What You'll Earn:

For 0-2 years experience: 6 months internship at Rs. 20,000 per month followed by a full-time position at CTC of Rs. 5,00,000 to 6,00,000 per annum. Further details to be discussed at the time of interview.

For 2+ years experience: Rs. 5,00,000 to 7,00,000 per annum based on experience and skills

What We Expect from You:

Outreach to Prospects : You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with prospects through various written mediums such as emails, social media, and direct messaging. Your goal is to create a strong initial connection and generate interest in our SaaS product.

Sales Presentation Creation : Develop persuasive and visually appealing sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our SaaS product. Tailor these presentations to meet the unique needs and challenges of our prospects, demonstrating how our solution can drive their growth.

Marketing Campaigns : Plan and execute marketing campaigns to target and engage potential customers. Utilize your creativity and data-driven insights to craft compelling content, optimize marketing channels, and convert leads into paying customers.

Customer Engagement : Collaborate with existing customers to gather valuable feedback, testimonials, and reviews. Strengthen our customer relationships and showcase their success stories.

Lead Conversion : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers. Collaborate to develop strategies for nurturing and closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition from prospecting to conversion.

Customer Insights : Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and improve our value proposition. Share valuable insights and feedback with the product team to refine our offering.

Your Background :

- You should be a graduate, any stream acceptable

- You should have impeccable communication skills

- Preferably 2+ years full-time industry experience
