Orbitpad - Social Media Coordinator (2-6 yrs)
Job Requirements :
- Assist in the planning and implementation of everyday and long term social media campaigns
- Ideate, shoot and edit day-to-day content in the form of (but not limited to) photos, graphics, videos and GIFs primarily for our social media channels, but also for our website and other digital/print mediums if required
- Plan and maintain digital initiatives and posting schedule across all online platforms including: Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
- Post content for social media platforms on a daily basis
- Engage with followers and other accounts on a daily basis
- Monitor direct messages and social media tags
- Communicate customer concerns and needs to appropriate departments
- Collect and report relevant digital analytics
- Manage Influencer collaborations and giveaway campaigns
Personal Skills :
- Proven experience with shooting & editing video
- Photography
- Copy writing/editing
- Proficiency with various social media platforms
- A strong understanding of and passion for social media
- Creative taste
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines
- Well-spoken in English and Hindi
