Roles and responsibilities :

We are looking for highly motivated and quick learning individual with great leadership skills and the capacity to efficiently utilize and contribute to your team's technical skills. The ability to understand requirements, provide solutions, and collaborate efficiently and amicably with your team and with clients. The focus to adapt and respond to challenges as they come up. Excellent time management skills and dedication to achieving high quality work.

- Must Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SMO, email and display advertising.

- Design, build and maintain social media presence across all digital channels.

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals.

- Ideate new and creative growth strategies

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption.

- One should be able to deploy successful cross-channel marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

Experience

- At least 7 years of relevant experience

Preferred

- MBA / Diploma in Digital Marketing with analytical skills and data driven thinking with minimum 7 years of relevant experience

- Hands on knowledge on website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends).

- Proven ability to track, report, and analyse marketing campaigns

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
