About the Role :

- We are looking for a creative and motivated social media manager, who's going to build our brand across social media platforms. Someone willing to think orthogonally, but at the same time, align with the larger brand guidelines, even induce some humor into healthcare while maintaining the right tone.

- Essentially build Orange Health from being just a diagnostics brand to being a positive health brand, that consumers like interacting with on social media. Hope you're getting the vibe, here!

Responsibilities for Social Media Manager :

- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency

- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels

- Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies

- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology

- Manage all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company.

- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn

- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others

- Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly business objectives and initiatives

Qualifications for Social Media Manager

- 3-5 years of social media management experience

- Strong marketing mindset, bursting with ideas and initiative.

- Proficient using relevant social media tools, analytics tools to drive results

- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization

- Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention

- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
