Role Overview :

- Successful candidate will have the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while managing a wide variety of communications, content, writing and PR oversight.

- The ideal candidate will possess an excellent command of English language (exceedingly strong in written communication, including grammar), coordination and management of complex committees, management and review of conference content, and the ability to handle dynamic tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

- The candidate will have superior time-management skills, the ability to create and manage content, exhibit a professional attitude and complete tasks within a deadline.

- Superb written communication and refined writing ability, PR and/or marketing (NOT sales) experience and management, and general management/administrative oversight skills are essential.

Job Purpose :

- Writing, communications, content, and PR for events and programs including the annual COMPANY Conference and COMPANY Regional Forums events, including coordination between committees and teams (both external and internal).

Major Responsibilities :

- Create, prepare, and manage written content for a variety of projects surrounding the development, preparation, and execution of the annual COMPANY

- Conference, COMPANY Regional Forums and COMPANY Institute, including multiple conference sessions, speakers/presenters and programs, with deep attention to detail and superb written skills

- Coordinate with and manage committees and teams (high-level)

- Content writing for conference/event marketing, PR, emailers and other communication

- Understanding of COMPANY mission and platforms

- Cross-training in other aspects of COMPANY Conference programs

- Collaborating with marketing team on social media as needed

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- Work Experience: Three to six years- prior experience in communications management
