Job Description :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Go To Market plan for India, with a mixture of sell-to and sell-through strategies.
- Take ownership of the India sales targets; Beat and Raise.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow key relationships.
- Understand customer's business to be able to explore automation opportunities.
- Understand product and competitive products to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
- Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for a long term relationship.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market.
- Interface with technical sales support team and customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspire, lead and motivate the sales team to build and grow their territories.
- 12+ years of software sales, solutions, and consulting experience
- Proven and Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan.
- Proven ability to attract top talent and to build diverse, high performing sales teams.
- Demonstrable experience of building and managing executive level relationships both internally and externally.
- Proven experience of scaling high-performing sales functions by within a hyper-growth Software business.
- High EQ and a truly collaborative team player.
- Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectation.
- Successful experience building and managing a territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills.
- Willingness for extensive travel.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous and fast-moving team.
- Energetic and highly motivated.
