Roles and Responsibilities

- Research and understand the market through various mediums and creating & executing a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients to increase the gross margin quarter on quarter

- Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered

- Devise a strategy to acquire relevant leads, work on quick onboarding of strategic clients and maintaining the CRM for pipeline aggressively

- Meet potential clients and pitch the product, solicit feedback and alter negotiating strategies based on the feedback with the objective of achieving high client on-boarding rate.

- Preparing professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals and other documentation as required for client presentations

- Performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

- Making sure the required due diligence is done before onboarding any new client and ensure all new contracts are signed off by the legal team
