Job Description :

1) Revenue

2) Profitability

3) Collections

4) Risk and Compliance.

As a senior member of the hunting team you would be required to drive all 4 pillars together and hence building a sustainable, profitable PnL. Detailed RnR are mentioned below:

- Understanding the market and implementing a sales plan to acquire new clients, increase revenue and wallet share in acquired clients month on month

- The sales plan should also aim at consistently bringing in highly profitable clients so as to increase the profitability month on month

- Ensuring 100% of collections/receivables come from the client on time as per designated credit terms

We at company value compliance and risk mitigation very highly- all new acquisitions should be 100% compliant to our internal policies and the laws of the land
