OptOut.Work - Sales Specialist - Lending Domain (3-8 yrs)
The candidate should have prior experience of 3-8 years in hunting B2B clients and onboarding them.
Clear demonstration of hunting abilities is needed.
The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast moving environment.
Experience in fast moving B2B sales or B2B startups preferred.
Past experience in packaging industry preferable.
Proficiency in local language preferable.
Candidate has to own sales targets for the assigned region and develop a client base for Bizongo in these regions.
Mindset of solution sales.
Have strong understanding of the new account acquisition, account management & handling complex multi business unit level sales through account mining, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques.
Are a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills and can showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Have strong data driven thinking and analytical skills, and can analyze data to develop action plans accordingly.
Can develop business strategies post analyzing internal and external impact.
Have excellent communication skills in all forms and have a natural ability to network and build a strong rapport with probable prospects.
Have an in depth knowledge of business offerings & value proposition and can solve complex problems accordingly.
Can motivate and engage a team such that they can go above and beyond their potential to create an impact on the business objectives.
