- Need to Handle Calls, KYC, Chats & Emails.
- Deliver a best-in-class experience to the customer.
- Create and retain customers by providing excellent service.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Able to do Multi-Tasking.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Take ownership of customer issues.
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
- Experience of 0 to 3 Years.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
- Should be fluent in the Telugu, Tamil, Hindi (Mandatory) & English.
- Knowing other languages like Marathi & Kannada are additional benefits.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft skills (excel, word, PowerPoint).
- Typing Speed - 25 wpm (Please clear this in Initial round)
