OpenCubicles - Executive - Business Development/Operations (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for a smart and upbeat Business Development / Operations Executive with a flair in Education Industry. Candidate shall have ample opportunities to scale-up the ladder in our BD team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Connecting with the clients through cold calls, meetings, social marketing etc.
- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching for services
Day-to-day responsibilities typically include:
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email/phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Other Responsibilities include:
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
- Developing quotes and proposals
Key Skills include :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well Conversant in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently.
Qualification :
- Any degree with interest in IT/Education Tech.
- A go-getter; with a resilient attitude.
We are a young and growing firm with a small office in Gurgaon. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for self-motivated individuals to be a part of this journey. We have a 5 days working setup and a 9-5 flexible schedule.
