About the team :

Key Responsibilities :

We are seeking an energetic sales team member to oversee and lead our B2B sales initiatives in specific geographic region to :

- Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including activities like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Regularly conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials and promotions.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Experience of 9-12 years of experience in sales in B2C/B2B preferably from health tech, healthcare industry.

- Mandatorily holds bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Ability to think strategically and devise innovative sales strategies.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area.

- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
