Onward Technologies - Executive - Business Development (3-10 yrs)
Role & Background :
Onward Technologies is a young fast-growing company in ER&D and Digital Engineering Space. We are strengthening our Business Development/Account Management Team and looking to add experts to join us to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure day-to-day operations at assigned clients are working smoothly, and SLAs are always met or exceeded by collaborating with the Technical/Non-Technical Delivery Team.
- Ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives, projects, budgets, and issue resolution by establishing and maintaining productive relationships with client managers
- Ensure consistent adoption of Onward Technologies recommended solutions, policies, and procedures by establishing and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders including managers and users.
- Identify potential areas of growth in the existing accounts & proposing solutions that could get success to our customers
- Identify and track business opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Mentor & support the enabler teams for account success
Skills & Requirement :
- Minimum of 3+ Years of relevant experience engineering service industry (IT & Mech. Engg.)
- Prior experience in managing OEM Captive projects in India will be an added advantage.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
