Title: Customer Sales & Support Junior Associate for a monthly bike rental organization


Description: We- re looking for an experienced customer sales & support individual (PLEASE READ THE JD - EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)


Location: Bangalore


Language (Verbal Communication): Hindi/Kannada/Telugu


Flexible working hours: Should be open to working on weekends


Education: High School Degree


Experience: Minimum 1-2 years, Startup experience will be an added advantage


Salary: Upto 2 LPA


The primary job roles and responsibilities of a customer support executive include


1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.


2. A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal. thereof. Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.


3. Records customer enquiries by documenting enquiry and response in customer's accounts.


4. Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.


5. Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal. Responds to customer inquiries by understanding

enquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.


6. Track record of over-achieving quota.


7. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.


8. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of behaviour.


9. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.


10. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.


11. Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed
