Job Description :
Onsitego is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager, in Mumbai to execute the offline marketing strategy and roadmap for the company.
To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience in marketing, and knowledge of best campaign development and execution practices.
Responsibilities :
- Marketing & brand custodian for the entire modern and general trade portfolio
- Conceptualizing the marketing strategy and execution plan to meet short and long-term business goals
- Working with the business team to plan the marketing launch of new products
- Working closely with creative and media agencies for rolling out innovative campaigns
- Working closely with key partners, sales and BD teams for requirements such as collaterals, merchandise, content, ATL and BTL deployments
- Coordinating with city teams for local launches and year-round requirements
- Conceptualization, planning and execution of year-round events for partner engagement
- Ideation and execution of partner launches and dealer meets
- Ensuring high, year-round visibility in partner stores
- Tracking and monitoring the execution of POSMs across partner stores
- Owning and executing internal marketing campaigns and events
Skills/Experience Required :
- MBA, with 8-12 years marketing experience preferably in consumer services or products
- Must have experience in offline marketing channels
- Creative, agile and having out-of-the-box thinking skills
- Excellent execution skills and complete ownership of all marketing activities
- Great communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in handling teams in high-growth startups or companies
- Team player, and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
