Onsitego - Email Marketing Role (3-8 yrs)
- We are looking for a talented email and WhatsApp marketing specialist. You will be responsible for email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop strategy and execute email and WhatsApp campaigns that onboard, engage, cross-sell, up-sell and retain customers
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement in email and WhatsApp marketing efforts
- Improve & maintain domain and IP reputation, spam rate and optimize email campaigns to improve open rates, deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates, and to achieve specific business goals
- Improve the WhatsApp engagement rate and maintain the quality of WhatsApp account
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Use tools like Litmus, Mailchimp, Mail Genius, Glock App to ensure good hygiene of emails and Gupshup, Haptik Interakt, Route Mobile for WhatsApp campaigns
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years email marketing and 1 year of WhatsApp marketing experience
- Proven experience creating high-impact, unique email marketing campaigns for millions of users
- Having an understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement, and the customer journey
- Must have used email services like Amazon SES, MailChimp, Netcore Smartech and tools like google postmaster, Campaign Monitor, Litmus, Gupshup, Haptik Interakt, RouteMobile
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms like Webengage, Clevertap, MoEngage
