The Interesting Challenge -
- You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- Ensuring "Customer first" always in all the situations and understand customer needs and requirements.
What you'll offer us -
- Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them to join the platform services
- Ability to monitor, manage escalations and provide resolutions with a sense of urgency while ensuring zero issue-based churns.
- Understanding the customers' profile from Sales aspects, must have experience in up-selling & customer escalation handling.
- The tele-caller will be expected to not only make outbound calls but also achieve the business objectives
What you will need :
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Candidate should have minimum 6 months of experience into telesales. Freshers with Fluent English communication can apply.
- Lead generation experience is mandatory from industries like Telecom, Timeshare, NBFC, banking or insurance.
