OnlineSales.ai - Sales Enablement Role (3-5 yrs)

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Champion who will support a sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products across countries. You will be acting as a business enabler to the sales team, helping them achieve revenue goals by ensuring Market Research support, Sales operations / Review, and Pre Sales Support to improve closure efficiency.

The role will provide structured sales administration, Collateral support, Sales CRM Ownership, data analysis and review, reporting, market research.

Key Attributes you had need to possess:

Researching and Prospecting Skills - Adept at doing market research in a defined territory.

Excellent listener & communicator- you will be assisting on sales calls and demos as needed.

Highly organized & skilled at project management- you must be able to prioritize their efforts based on the activities that will receive the greatest return for the organization.

A collaborative mindset- must be persuasive enough to align multiple parties behind one vision, and confident enough to ensure the execution follows through.

Strategic, data-driven thinker- you should be able to use metrics and observation to improve sales process efficiency and effectiveness.

A drive for efficiency- for improving sales productivity means identifying and seizing opportunities for efficiency.

Familiarity with training content design and B2B selling.

Typical work week look like :

 Market research & generating prospects - conduct market research for prospective clients & configure data as per industry & geographic regions

Stakeholder Communication - tracking & communicating performance & sales metrics daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly on performance and sales metrics

Update CRM - updating new & renewal client leads on CRM, sales hygiene, and funnel management and basis to constantly improve support programs.

Sales Administration - regular check on deal closure, pilots review, MOM, commercial contracts, etc

Collateral support - creating content to educate the sales team and advance deals such as proposals making, sale pitch, collateral support, etc.

Marketing Calendar and Tracking - keeping a regular tab on the status of Geo's marketing and content plan.

Our ideal candidate should have:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- BE/B.Tech or an MBA degree from Top Tier college.-

- Proficiency in using sales CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc)

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
