Content Specialist 


Role Introduction : 


- Onlinesales.ai, a fast paced B2B SaaS startup, is looking for an energetic and driven copywriter for its ad management solution, Monetize. You will be responsible for creating attractive, clear content for global audiences, across platforms such as sales & marketing collateral, websites, blogs, and social media. You will also be expected to write technical content around the product and its usability, and will need to develop a deep understanding of how the product works. The role requires crisp and precise language that is easy to comprehend, and resonates with modern B2B audiences.

Scope & Responsibilities : 

- Based on briefs shared by the product marketing team, write clear, attractive copies for various company assets including blogs, brochures, one pagers, emailers, etc.

- Understand the overall retail media and advertising industry, and develop strong content around its value to businesses and prospects.

- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas to engage prospects and clients, as well as performance of marketing & sales collateral.

- SEO experience is necessary, and the candidate will be tasked with acing this on websites, blogs, and any listed content.

- Social media experience is a bonus, candidates with good grasp over social media content will be preferred.

- Passion for story-telling and developing compelling customer success stories to attract relevant audiences.

- Coming up with audience-relevant ideas and initiatives for content and design and working with the design team to realize them.

- Work regularly with team members to understand data points w.r.t performance and accordingly change/suggest changes and improvements.

- Passion for learning, creativity, and the interest to become a subject matter expert and develop stellar content.

Role Requirements : 

- Bachelor's degree in marketing/English/communications, or related field, or comparable job experience

- 2+ years of experience in copywriting and managing ad campaigns, including coordinating with other teams in the B2B saas space.

- Knowledge of online content strategy, SEO, digital campaigns, and social media.

- Experience in advertising and knowledge of advertising concepts is an advantage.

- Excellent writing, editing, proof reading and research skills

- Inclination to solve business problems through data on campaign performance and suggest actionable insights

- Is a self-starter, willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

- Can work independently; eager to experiment and explore new initiatives

- Detail oriented and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
