Online Reputation Manager - Hospitality (2-5 yrs)
We are hiring for Online Reputation Manager - Hospitality in Gurgaon.
Salary: Upto 30k

- Ability to build and maintain networks internally and externally
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely work with the online marketing team to manage the overall growth of the brand
- Monitor online brand reputation and connect directly with our guests on multiple platforms including Google Playstore and travel portals like Booking.com, Goibibo, etc.
- Coordinate with multiple teams within the organization for better guest experience and building a valuable tech-enabled brand
- Report and escalate critical reviews to the customer delight team and higher management as needed
