Online Bidder - IT (2-5 yrs)
- Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals like upwork,freelance, guru, pph and managing other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels.
- Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
- Writing Proposal/Costing/Negotiations/Prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, prepare the release package.
- Preferred experience of bidding on major technologies like .Net, Angular, React.js, Node.js, PHP, QA
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
- Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
- Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
- Excellent communication in English, having experience to deal with foreign clients.
- Should preferably be from a technical background IT Industry.
- Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients.
- Should have Knowledge how to generate leads.
- Should be flexible for night shifts when required.
