- Responding to bids and proposals on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc., and submitting high-quality, tailored proposals to meet the clients' requirements.
- Conducting market research to understand client needs, pricing, and competition.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication
- Negotiating project terms and conditions with clients

- Monitoring and tracking projects through their lifecycle and maintaining accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder on platforms such as Up work, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Understanding of web development, software development, Meta verse, AR/VR, IoT, digital marketing, and other technical areas
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
