Job Summary : 

Customer Service Associates are responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries while ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met. Depending on the industry and company, duties vary from helping customers resolve purchasing problems to assisting customers with relevant products and services.

Responsibilities and Duties : 

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

- Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.

- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Required Experience :

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
