OneNative Advertising - Executive - Sales - Real Estate Vertical (1-5 yrs)

Purpose of the Position :

The person would be responsible for selling the online space of Propzaap.com and real estate leads package to the clients. Our clients include well known real estate builders. The person would have to retain old clients for the revenue generation and also look at acquiring new clientele.

Responsibility :

- Retain/acquire new corporate (A- list Builder) clients in the specified region/ market

- To achieve the sales/revenue target from clients.

- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.

- To able to sell real estate leads package to Real Estate / Builders

- Ensure timely collection of all revenue from clients.

- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.

- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.

Role Specifications :

- Graduation or MBA/BBA from good college

- Need to have experience in selling leads or media space to real estate clients or builders

- Aggressive with drive and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets.

- Should be extremely good in follow - ups.

- Ability to understand a client situation and present a relevant product.
