We work with over 100 large consumer enterprise in India like the Indian Railways, Haryana Government, HDFC bank, Kotak Group, Ola, Oyo, MakeMyTrip, Dominos, Dabur, Myntra, Swiggy, Birla Sunlife, Daikin, Voltas, TataSky and many more.

The Associate Vice President of Sales [AVP, Enterprise Solutions] / Director, [ Enterprise Solutions ] provides leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organisations sales function. As the organisation's senior-most sales leader, this individual is accountable for overall sales organisation performance for North Region, the profitable achievement of sales organisation goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy.

- We are looking for energetic and result oriented "Senior Sales Leader" for North region. This individual will be responsible for leading, coaching and develop the sales team.

What would you do?

- Collaborating with leadership team to create revenue forecasts, establish business goals and execute a goal for the North region.

- Contribute to the development of the sales plan and forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

- You will be responsible for building the working opportunity to exceed quarterly business goals.

- You will be responsible to track and manage the pipeline and report the same to management during Monthly reviews.

- You will be required to conduct industry specific market study and competitor analysis to establish and re-establish team priorities

- You will be responsible for acquiring new logo's or brands

- You will be responsible for managing relationship with the brands and prospects to drive sales, making recommendations and ensuring delivery for the enterprise clients.

- You will be managing a sales team in order to maximise sales revenue and meet or exceed the sales goals.

- You will develop, train & coach the sales team, educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings

- Motivating the team for achieving results.

Who should apply ?

- If you have 8+ years of sales experience experience - preferably should have prior experience of solution selling, including, but not limited to Internet, Digital, Social CRM, Media, Cloud Services, ORM Solutions and Software.

- If you want to work with a growth phase enterprise tech startup.

- If you are smart, ambitious and you believe you are a go getters with whatever it takes attitude to achieve your goal.

- Experience in selling to CXOs and large enterprises.
