Job Description:

- Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience in the IT services space.


- To measure, manage and reports sales activities and make adjustments as necessary.

- Proven track record for the achievement of sales targets (revenue, customers)

- Self-starter with exceptional selling and influencing skill.

- Proactively generate leads and opportunities through various techniques. B2B Lead Generation and sales prospecting across US Cold calling, gathering sales intelligence, identifying buy indicators, handling rejections & objections.

- Undertake research to generate new business areas, client profiles, and sales appointments/presentations. Lead the follow-up process for large marketing campaigns/activity.

- Exceptional cold-calling skills and confidence to engage at the CXO-level.

- Handling international sales must be willing to work in US Shifts.

- Experience in Account management, RFP, SOW.

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Strong engaging and convincing capability with excellent closing skills with executive decision makers.

- Ability to have a technical understanding of software development service offerings

- Should have experience in using any CRM for sales activities

- Exposure to US-based clients.

- Experience in working with different Stack holders from Engineering, Recruitment, Marketing, and Finance is the must.

Skill Set :

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Proven analytical and strategic experience with the ability to embrace the challenge of dramatically increasing revenue.

- Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall Company and development strategies.

- Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data-driven decision processes; a strong understanding of the key metrics to drive the business is expected of this executive.
