Sr. Executive - Ecommerce Website Sales

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with significant website management experience to manage our online sales department. The E-Commerce Sales and Marketing Executive we seek to hire will be responsible for managing online an in-house website for sales and allied activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Website Design :

The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers. He/ She will liaise with the Web designers on Shopify Platform to alter the website as needed.

Research and Development :

The Ecommerce Executive will keep abreast of new developments in the e-marketing world. He/ she will also research the company's core demographics and how to best reach them, in order to maximize search engine traffic and the effect of the company's targeted ad buys.

Internal Company Research : 

The incumbent will study the brand thoroughly to understand all categories and sub-categories of products and decide the ecommerce sales strategy in line with the company's vision. This will include setting up the entire web-store after integration with all required internal teams.

Customer Interaction : 

This includes managing Internet sales leads, responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock and product performance. He/ she should have knowledge about social networking and prospecting to generate Sales leads and opportunities, customer behavior and their requirement and market trends. Understand the psychology of Internet customers and work with them according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail.

Financial Planning and Project Development : 

Prepare budget and revenue forecasts and meet online sales targets. Also check regular inventory, pricing, offers, shipment, delivery status of all orders by presenting their plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company's online presence and e-sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS : 

- Bachelor's Degree required, a concentration in business, sales and marketing preferred.

- Minimum of 1 year online sales experience in a similar role, with direct responsibility for managing marketplace presence for consumer product companies

SKILLS : 

- Excellent technical capabilities to include MS Office (Word and Excel).

- Excellent website management skills including extensive hands-on experience on Shopify

- Strong business acumen and analytic skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Resourceful, able to prioritize and solve problems

- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
