One Stop Retail - Sales Promoter (1-7 yrs)
Kiosk Executive/ Promoter
- Stock shelves with products and supplies to ensure in stock conditions at all times including all kitchen storage products.
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry
- Reviewing previous inquiries and responses
- Gathering and researching information
- Assembling and forwarding information to the manager.
- Collaborate with sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
- Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quotas, both personally and as a team unit.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Provide necessary information about products and service
- Understand customer requirements so as to provide appropriate clarifications and solutions and Route and direct customer requests to appropriate personnel.
- Manage inwards of stock and send stock management reports to reporting manager.
- Understanding cashiering and make billing of all sales for all customers
- Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- Redeem stamps and coupons
