One Stop Retail - Area Sales Manager (3-9 yrs)
- Manage, support and grow Lock n Lock sales through Authorized Distributors within their defined geographic territory. This includes serving as the primary field liaison with Distributors and their customers in order to increase sales and market share for Lock n Lock
Duties & Responsibilities
- To set up a chain of dealers and distributors to serve as channel partners for the Company
- To manage the Company's channel partners in their respective regions
- To consistently get both primary and secondary sales through each of the dealers and distributors
- To develop a business proposition to attract dealers and distributors to sell the Company's products
- To identify opportunities and appoint distributors in all major towns.
- To ensure that there is a consistent primary sales and maintain stock report.
- To plan and conduct activities with dealers to promote sales like exhibitions, kiosk demos
- To work through branches wherever retail branches are present to ensure good quality installation and prompt after sales service is provided
- To identify a mechanism of working with channel partners
- To provide daily / monthly reports to the reporting manager
- To monitor and review strategies to achieve sales targets
- To plan Itinerary of all major and prospective dealer visits.
- To manage modern trade displays and answer queries of all promoters.
- To undertake competition mapping for their strategies and collect data from the market
- Should have the ability to explore new localities and increase distribution by creating new dealers in existing and new towns.
