Title: Business Development Executive
Location: WTC, Kharadi, Pune
Shift Time: US shift/6 PM -3 AM(transport available)
Reporting To: Business Head

Job Description:
- Researching organisations and individuals through LinkedIn to identify new prospects
- Understanding the needs of the companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Connecting with prospects via Phone and email and set up presentations and meetings
- Region Catering to- North America, EMEA, APAC (as per requirements)
An ideal candidate will be:
- 3-4 years of cold calling experience; previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience required
- The ability to handle pressure to meet and exceed aggressive daily and weekly targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential prospects
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Enterprise IT industry a bonus
- Excellent time management and Attention to detail Experience using hubspot is a bonus.
