Onco.com - Manager - Social Media (4-7 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative person to manage our social media and community platform initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be aware of the latest trends in the social space.He/ She will be responsible to build and enhance the social presence for the brand, grow our existing community of cancer patients and survivors and drive engagement through meaningful and relevant content. Along with being creative,he/she should be able to assess & monitor the key metrics across platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the content strategy across various social media channels

- Create a regular publishing schedule, implement a content editorial calendar to manage content

- Optimize content to best leverage a social media platform, understanding the different nuances of each platform, primarily Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube & Pinterest

- Create strong branding message that reflects across social media platforms

- Manage and be the sole owner of Onco's community of cancer patients, caregivers and survivors

- Identify evangelists and partner with them to build awareness for Onco's community

- Be a part of various cancer communities and engage, building awareness for Onco's community

- Conduct regular sessions to foster engagement within the community

- Organize support circle sessions and discussions every month

- Compile Social media report on regular basis

- Monitor online sentiment and take actions to improve customer experience

What are we looking for :

- 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing across consumer brands

- Experience in building, growing, and managing online communities

- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

- Should have a strong sense of visual communication and have experience in video marketing

- Should have a strong understanding of various analytics tools

- Should be independent, efficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media marketing
