Job Description :
We are looking for enthusiastic, focused, and dynamic candidates to provide investment advice to clients across the country and help the clients act upon the advice using our platform. Salary will be competitive supported by incentives. Intensive training will be provided to the shortlisted candidates. It's a day shift role. Responsibilities
- Educate Clients about our platform and assist them in opening account with us.
- Understand clients needs and provide investment advice based on their financial objectives.
- Help clients execute the plan using the our platform.
- Respond to ad-hoc investment related queries from clients.
Key skills :
- Ability to speak English and Hindi fluently.
- Should be willing to work in a target oriented environment.
- Proven experience as telesales representative.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding convincing skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Knowledge on investment products (mutual funds) is preferred.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
