On-Premise Manager - Sales - Alcoholic Business (3-5 yrs)

Job Description : 

Looking for individuals who have a hunger mindset; and is willing to fail, learn and grow from the experience. Furthermore, the candidate must

1. Directly responsible for the on-premise sales

2. Responsible to activate the area for the brand and all the selected on-premise retails

3. Lead and manage the sales and distribution plan

4. Directly work with hotel/ resort/ pub owners and managers to design and implement the brand positioning for every placement

5. Create and execute the plan on a weekly/ monthly to achieve the targets

6. Understand the direct and indirect competition ecosystem in the area

7. Talk to consumers as part of the brand experience

8. Gather retail and marketing data every week and share with management

9. Gather and collate weekly/ monthly consumer feedback and sales data

10. Directly work with management based on data and insights to achieve beyond targets

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 3-5 years of On-Premise Sales experience in alcohol industry

2. 5 + years of sales experience

3. Basic excel knowledge

4. Enthusiasm and agility to achieve beyond targets

5. Well versed with English and Hindi

6. Go beyond job description to deliver company's growth

Qualifications: Any Undergraduation

Duration: Full-time Opportunity.

Compensation: 8-12 LPA

Location: North Goa, South Goa, Hyderabad
