POSITION: - SALES MANAGER for Logistics Industry

(3Party Logistics Warehouse / Supply Chain)

EXPERIENCE: - 5-8 Years

KEY SKILLS: - Experience from Warehousing/ 3rd Party Logistics/ Contract Logistics

LOCATION: - THANE

ANNUAL SALARY: - NOT DISCLOSED

Roll & Responsibilities :

a. Have a broad knowledge of 3PL or warehousing and packing solutions and discuss rates with customers.

b. Able to achieve weekly/monthly / quarterly targets.

c. Sales Forecasting skill is required.

d. Identify Valuable customers, prepare proposal for the customers.

e. Raise RFQ (Request for Quotes) as per customer's requirement.

f. Successful track record in directly driving business, maintaining client relationships and people management.

g. Focus on Market penetration by targeting new customers.

h. Meet Customer's requirement within deadlines.

i. Achieve maximum Gross Profit from Customers.

j. Find & develop qualified leads convert them into a business.

k. Maintain records of customer details / sales visits.

l. Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time.

m. Strong understanding of Logistic system.

n. Prepare Sales reports on time and reporting on daily basis.

o. Should be Customer Centric (Internal/ External).

p. Should be able to discover new opportunities.

q. Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

r. Customer Relationship Management.

s. Rate negotiation and contract finalization with 3rd Party Logistics.

Required Qualifications :

a. Post Graduate MBA

b. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

c. Required experience in 3PL/ Contract Logistics/Warehouse Space Selling/ Warehousing.

d. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
