- Experience to mange meeting with decision makers CEO/CXO level

- Corporate alliance experience to acquire new business with monthly ticket size minimum 5 to 50 Lakh

- As a part of the Sales & Business Development Team, you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence

- Required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.

- Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations

- Generate requirements from new clients and existing clients through cold calling

- Manage a team targets and can generate good revenue

- Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources
