Responsibilities and Duties :
- The candidate will be required to work closely with the founding team while heading the online sales vertical.
The job will include :
1. Manage multiple Communication channels - Telephone lines, Website Chat, Mails, Social Media Communication.
2. Ownership of customer satisfaction.
3. Execute the plan while working in tandem with marketing, production & sales team.
4. Work inside out on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other ecommerce channels.
