Responsibilities and Duties :
- The candidate will be required to work closely with the founding team while heading the online sales vertical.
The job will include :
1. Manage multiple Communication channels - Telephone lines, mails.
2. Make sure every customer is happy with the products.
3. Execute the plan while working in tandem with marketing, production & sales team.
3. Pre Sales & after sales.
Key Skills :
1. Ability to communicate & handle customers.
2. Relevant experience of working in a team of a company.
3. A keen planner & robust executioner.
4. 2-4 yrs of experience customer handling, vertical ownership.
