About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Your responsibilities will revolve around streamlining processes, managing data, analyzing sales metrics, and providing valuable insights to optimize sales performance.

- Strong communication skills and cultural alignment with our organization are key, as they fuel effective teamwork and sustain our innovative ethos.

Required skills and experience :

- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools.

- Prospecting and identifying leads for targeting via LinkedIn, other channels. Enriching them properly on Hubspot, and driving campaigns via other sales tools.

- Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance metrics such as revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, and sales activities.

- Support sales team with tools, resources, and training to improve productivity and effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and documentation

The Ideal Candidate :

- We are seeking a high-energy, driven individual with a passion for technology and an interest in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will have :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes is a plus.
