Ombre Lane - Executive - Customer Support (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for a self-starter candidate for managing Customer Support Operations for our women's wear online brand.
Your Responsibilities :
- Managing orders from our website and marketplaces
- Managing inventory and pickups
- Following up with delivery partners and vendors for issues
- Reporting on RTOs, RVPs etc.
- Attending to customer calls or emails for refunds, delivery delays, exchanges etc.
- Attend customer chats and calls to answer product related queries
- Coordinate with other departments to actively resolve customer queries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding or order management and inventory management
- High level of ownership and responsibility
- Experience in retail/ecommerce brand
